TCS Inaugurates Pace Port™ Toronto to Help Customers Scale Their Innovation Programs with Digital Technologies

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) (BSE: 532540, NSE: TCS) on July 13 launched TCS Pace Port TM Toronto, its fifth global research and co-innovation center, to help Canadian companies bring innovations to life faster digital.

Located on the top floor of 400 University Avenue and spanning 16,000 square feet, Pace Port Toronto offers businesses access to the latest technologies and breakthrough ideas from TCS research labs, start-ups, VCs, entrepreneurs and universities – including the University of Toronto – as well as the Pace Ports TCS network in New York, Pittsburgh, Amsterdam and Tokyo. Pace Port Toronto includes an agile workspace, training space, academic research lab and innovation showcase to encourage rapid prototyping, research and commercialization of advanced technologies.

To support local partner ecosystems, TCS also announced a CAD$1,000,000 donation to the University of Toronto’s Urban Data Center at the School of Cities to support the building of smart cities.
